REFUND POLICY

At Cruising Agency, we aim to provide exceptional maritime services to all our clients. Due
to the nature of our business and payment practices, refunds are generally not applicable.

Please review the following guidelines:
1. Payment Terms:• Clients typically pay for our services upon arrival in Egypt. Once payment is made, it
is considered final, and cancellations are unlikely.

2. Refund Policy:
• Cancellations Before Arrival: If a client wishes to cancel their booking before arriving
in Egypt, they must notify us at least 3 days in advance by contacting
info@cruisingagency.net
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival are not eligible for
a refund.• No Refunds After Payment: After payment has been made upon arrival, refunds will
not be provided, except in exceptional cases determined at our discretion.

3. Service Interruptions:
• If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part,
and if the payment was already made, a refund is then applicable.
